
As the country celebrates the National Day of Listening, it’s business as usual at Rosebirch.
We are proud to operate under an open-door policy and that we encourage every member of the team to share ideas, suggestions and feedback. We know that those at coal face can see things that others don’t and that every voice is valid.
HR and people lead, Kimberley Flynn, is always happy to listen to thoughts, advice and opinions on how the company could do things better. She is also focused on the health and wellbeing of all of the team, often listening to not just what they are saying, but how they are saying it.
Feedback from external parties is that the team are also excellent at listening to clients! So this National Day of Listening we will be patting ourselves on the back as well as being tuned in to anything we can take onboard!
