October is National Walk to School month
and it got us thinking about the work we have recently done with schools and have never shared the stories on!
Over the past 12 months we have been working at St. Cuthbert’s Church High School, supplying new bespoke dining room furniture, to match furniture that we supplied previously, nearly 4 years ago. This ongoing long-term relationship is what we at Rosebirch are really good at and love.
The St Cuthbert’s job came on the back on us completing alterations to the sports pavilion changing rooms at Dame Allans School in Newcastle last summer. And over recent years we have completed several Charitable projects as part of community projects as well making donations to schools in the area fundraising.
The community projects include High Spen Primary School, where we undertook construction of a large decking area to the playground. We donated a shipping container for storage of training equipment at Stockton Sea Cadets boat training centre, as well as fitting out an expedition trailer for Tyne Tees area Marines Cadet force. And we are currently working on a project assisting with planning for a new Engineering training facility for Hebburn Sea Cadet Unit.
We love working on buildings that benefit children and education, so if you fit that bill and have a fit out need get in touch with us!
