A huge welcome to our latest addition in our apprenticeship program.
18-year-old Tom Wright joined us last month, undertaking a traineeship in bench joinery. Whilst working at Cost-Co and attending college, Tom heard about Rosebirch from a colleague and applied to us for work experience.
Following a week’s work experience we decided Tom was well worth investing in, and offered him the traineeship, which should take him around two years to complete.
Alongside work, Tom is rebuilding his own car – a little yellow Lupo which you may see in our car park. He says he has been made to feel very welcome and would like to thank everyone for the support so far – he thinks Rosebirch is going to be a great place to work!
