As 2026 is now fully underway, we are delighted to share congratulations to the team who were recognised at the Annual Training and Conference Day.

The three awards which are based upon the ethics of the company, TRUST, GRIT and LOYALTY were awarded to the three individuals who received the most votes from colleagues.

The GRIT winner was Paul Cheeseman,  our factory supervisor. The LOYALTY award went to Joe Rutter, our director of design who turns out our amazing CAD designs. And Ian Harvey, our production manager who is the bridge between design and the shop floor was awarded the TRUST category.

Well done to all three who thoroughly deserved the recognition.
