Entering and attending awards isn’t all about winning. It’s about instilling pride in the team, being seen as part of your industry and celebrating achievements that have made you as a company confident enough to attend.

Recently Rosebirch was delighted to be shortlisted in the Constructing Excellence in the North East Awards for Best Small Business. Sadly, we didn’t win on the night, coming closely in behind True North Construction, but we did get to celebrate how far as a company we have come.

We were honoured to be in the room with some incredible talent in the region’s construction industry, attending with five of the Rosebirch team. We took the opportunity to include two of our team, Max and Conor, who are coming to the end of their three year apprenticeships.

From the closing statements it sounds like it was a close-run competition so congratulations to True North Construction and all the winners on the night. We hope to back in the running again next year.
