Lewis started as an apprentice with Rosebirch in 2004 and he is now our production supervisor.

Stephen Flynn nominated him for this shout out saying: “Lewis is an all round good egg, having stepped into the role to cover absence of Ian Haney while he recovered from ill health we brought forward Lewis long term plan. Lewis positively engages in new technology, using it productively to fulfil the role, he has a calm, proactive demeanour, and is dedicated and focused.

“It is great to see him actively engaging with the leadership development program and working with Helen Butler on the development of Rosebirch’s purpose built CRM/project management system (new system being actively developed right now) which will allow transparent comms of workflow between all work members and teams in the workplace.
